In early 2025, the Giving Garden at SPLC applied for a community grant from Focus Broadband, which was approved. We subsequently received a check for $1500. This garden supplies fresh, nutritious vegetables and fruits to our neighbors who frequent the Southport Oak Island Fellowship Food Pantry. Last year, we donated 1,576 pounds of produce to the pantry.
We warmly invite volunteers to join us and lend a helping hand on Mondays and Fridays at 9:00 AM. Your support makes a difference, and we would love to have you with us!
